BEERS ⋆ BEATS FOR ABRAMS

Millennials for Abrams' inaugural fundraising and awareness event: Beers ⋆ Beats for Abrams with live performance by #LooseChange, hosted at the one and only Orpheus Brewing.

RECLAIMING OUR DISTRICTS MIXER

Millennials for Abrams and DeKalb Young Democrats held our first-ever collaborative mixer on 9/22 at Gilly's Sports Bar with special guest speakers Sally Harrell for Senate and Lucy McBath for Congress! Guests enjoyed an open bar and yummy eats, as well as an opportunity to speak with Sally and Lucy, and a chance to help reclaim our districts! Like Stacey Abrams likes to say, "Georgia is a Blue State; we're just confused."

ABRAMS DESERVES A MONUMENT | A MURAL MIXER

On Sunday, September 23rd, Millennials for Abrams unveiled the latest work of local muralist, Occasional Superstar!

#Millys4abrams is proud to have sponsored the newest mural to drop on the east side of Atlanta. Oh, and the best part: it's depicting former Senate Minority Leader, Georgia Gubernatorial Candidate, and our girl, Stacey Abrams.

Ticket holders had access to an open bar, catered eats, and get to hear from the artist himself about his work and this monumental moment in Georgia's history as well as from the team of Millennials for Abrams about Stacey's plans for the arts in Georgia.

ABRAMS DESERVES A MONUMENT | THE AFTER PARTY

Joystick Gamebar, Millennials for Abrams, Senator Nikema, Representative Park Cannon and The Young Democrats of Atlanta threw a very nerdy After Party - because science (just like art) matters!

After Party guests enjoyed pours of Brooklyn Lager and Cathead Vodka cocktails, had access to free games all night long at Joystick Gamebar, and heard from state and local candidates

and representatives!

MILLENNIALS MARCH

We'll organize and pass out signs to all who march with us at 2PM sharp on Saturday, October 20th in Little Five Points. The parade runs through 6PM. If you're interested in marching, snag a FREE spot on eventbrite; all "ticket" holders will receive detailed info about where to meet and what to bring with.

ROCK THE RUNOFF PHONE BANK

Georgia's Secretary of State and Public Service Commissioner races will go to a runoff on December 4, 2018. The ACLU of Georgia is hosting a phone bank to turn out voters for the runoff election. We all know how critical the Secretary of State's role is in the protection (or destruction) of our democracy, and we know who wins if we don't put in the work. So let's do what we can to help turn out the vote!Food will be provided at 5:30pm with the phone bank running from 6pm-8:30pm. Free parking is available at the Spring Street entrance of the building.
